I swear I am not getting paid to advertise these – they just really really work at keeping you hydrated, flushing out your systems, and of course – they’re yummmii, duh!!! Seriously – I really have to credit sooo much of my first week weight loss success to Crystal Light. I lost 6 pounds in 7 days by like maybe 3 days of cardio and not really changing what I eat (except for cutting out fried foods and sweets) but really, just drinking lots and lots and lots as often and as much as I could. For one thing, liquids really DO fill you up (have about 2 crystal lights before one of your big meals – trust me, you won’t be able to eat as much as you normally do). Two, you’ll have to be tinkling every 10 minutes (not really – more like every hour or 2 – which is good and healthy). Keeping hydrated seems like such a simple thing to do – but honestly, I do have to make an effort to remember to drink BEFORE I become parched. And I was always a skeptic, but really I’m not bloated AT ALL, my skin is clearing up faster than I could imagine, and I feel good and not so sluggish! Now, drinking water and other yummii beverages, I’d say is the easiest part! To cut out booze and cola is fine, I’d rather save those calories for yummii solid food. But cannot lie – dieting (life change) is hard…I mean I’m really CHANGING MY LIFE – everything I’ve known and done for the past 21 years is getting altered…so I wouldn’t expect that too be easy.
